The villa was built in 2022 in a contemporary construction style, it offers its guests 435 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 1082 m2. It is only 400 metres from the nearest sea, which is an excellent opportunity for a pleasant refreshment in the clean and clear Adriatic Sea. Likewise, from this villa, you will be able to enjoy a beautiful view of the sea whether you are on the outside terrace or in the bedroom. The Divine View villa offers accommodation for a maximum of 16 people, while the optimal number is 10. You will be comfortably accommodated in 5 bedrooms (200×200), and all of these rooms have their own ensuite bathrooms with showers. There are 3 rooms on the 1st floor and two more on the 2nd floor.
