Villa Ivana a is ideal for accommodating up to 8 persons, the size of the house is 260 m² and it spreads over two floors. The ground floor has a large living room that opens to the swimming pool area and a sun terrace. Also, there is a well-equipped kitchen with a dining table and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. There are four double bedrooms (one with a large terrace overlooking the sea) on the first floor, another bathroom with a shower and toilet and additional toilette. Both floors are air-conditioned and have internet coverage. This 4 Bedrooms Villa provides accommodation with on-site parking, laundry, internet, BBQ, sundeck terrace. The nearest beach is only a few minutes‘ walk from the villa. We are renting the entire house – everything is included! Big enough for the whole family/group of friends.

Poljica, a dreamy fisherman’s village, is located only 2,5 km from the City of Marina. Poljica is superiorly located in a privileged wind-sheltered bay, with a magnificent view of the beach and nearby islands and has a beautiful promenade. Shops, restaurants and cafes are nearby and easily reached on foot. The good transport connections and proximity of the ancient cities of Trogir (12 km) Split (36 km) and Šibenik (36 km) offer you the ability to reach any of them in a short time and to enjoy the ambiance of UNESCO’s cities. Surrounding hills grow the centuries-old olive trees; it is therefore not surprising that this region is widely known for its production of olive oil. The picturesque fortification dominates nearby Marina, the former mansion of the bishops of Trogir, built back in the 15th century.
