The philosophy of the environment, the nature of the Mediterranean, and sometimes an excessive love for Dalmatia create menus that tease the imagination and palate of the greatest gourmets and connoisseurs! Sometimes they combine the uncombinable, sometimes they rely on the scents of childhood, and sometimes an excessive traditional pride emerges, resulting in dishes that will make you close your eyes with every bite.
