The amazing VILLA MARVELA – a 4-bedroom family pool villa is located in Maslinica on the island of Šolta in Croatia, only 9 nautical miles away from the largest Dalmatian city of Split.

Villa Marvela is rented only as ONE UNIT. You will have the entire villa just for your family (4dbl rooms, fitness, pool, whirlpool etc). This stunning villa is a standout luxury property on the island of Šolta. Situated on the top of a small hill, only 200 metres from the sea, the villa overlooks the Adriatic Sea and seven uninhabited islands.

The Villa Marvela ensures maximum privacy as both of its terraces are not visible from public areas. Start your day in the best way, enjoying the unique views by the pool with a cup of coffee in your hand. You can enjoy the most spectacular views from the pool terrace or the upper Jacuzzi terrace! For a great end of the day, treat yourself with a glass of wine in the hot tub. The villa is oriented directly to the West, so sunsets are unforgettable there. The Villa Marvela is a luxurious property situated on a plot of 800 m2 with a total living space area of 268 square meters, and it is equipped with all the modern amenities.

I bought the Villa Marvela in June 2020. I fell in love with the place and spent 2 and a half months there in summer. I visited almost all the restaurants, cafés, and bars on the island of Šolta. In addition to the main beach in the village of Maslinica, I also found a few secluded beaches, where you rarely meet other people, and of course, I visited the beaches in Rogač, Nečujam, and Stomorska. I drove around the entire island of Šolta on a speedboat and made a trip to the surrounding islands (Drvenik and Brač). As the villa is isolated, you can relax in complete peace.

There are fantastic views from the villa, you can see multiple small islands, which will not make you feel bored. The villa provides perfect privacy thanks to its elevated location – no one can see the guests of the villa in the inner part. You can enjoy romance in the pool and on the large surrounding terrace, you will also find a whirlpool on the upper terrace. You can use various fitness machines in the gym and relax in the sauna afterwards. The nearest excellent restaurant is directly across the road (you just need a table reservation). Other restaurants, a café, and a bar are a 10-minute walk from the villa.

Enjoy a romantic holiday on a beautiful beach and have a swim in the turquoise sea. A beautiful Maslinica pebble beach with clear water lies near the Villa Marvela. You can walk down a small hill to the beach in about 7 minutes. Usually, there are not many people on the beach. Refreshments can be enjoyed at the beach bar.

Sipova Beach is the only sandy beach on the island of Šolta, and it is a 15 minute walk from the Villa Marvela. You can find an idyllic combination of greenery in the vicinity of the beach, fine sand, and rocks on the edge of the beach, and clean sea. If you are lucky, you can be all alone there. The maximum number of tourists does not exceed 20.
