Villa Rita IV is located on the very nice position in village of Sevid with beautiful view on the sea. Our guests have at their disposal: swimming pool with the state-of-the-art water disinfection system with salt and electrolysis, Hot Spring hot tub on the upper deck, Weber barbecue, Play Station 4, two Giant Talon E-MTB bicycles, ICOCAR (electric golf vehicle), two SUP boards, children playground, beach volleyball and basketball playgrounds, darts, table tennis table, and Assault gymnastic devices on the upper deck. Also, there we have a boat mooring on a buoy for the boats up to 10 meters (7 tons).
