Beautiful and brand-new Villa Sophie Emilie awaits you for your perfect vacation. It is located just 50 m from the sea and the beach in Okrug Donji, on the beautiful island of Ciovo, connected with bridges to the historic city of Trogir.

The villa combines fantastic contemporary architecture with luxurious Italian interiors and a touch of antic art including various sculptures. Villa Sophie Emilie offers breathtaking views from all rooms at the sea and the entire Trogir Bay with its beautiful cities and mountains. The tiled terrace stretches along the entire length of the villa, and is richly equipped with sunbeds, lounge furniture, little fountains and an outdoor dining area with barbecue.

The villa features a heated pool, an outdoor whirlpool and shower, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, full air conditioning and large flat screen TVs in all rooms, luxurious ambient lighting, spacious closets and balconies for all bedrooms as well as fully motorized curtains keeping light out for your perfect sleep. High ceilings and large sliding windows everywhere in the Villa allow the entire ground floor to be connected to the pool terrace, which creates the impression of a unique large space.

Okrug Donji is a calm neighborhood and a perfect base to explore Dalmatian cities like nearby Trogir (5km), Split and Sibenik which are all listed as Unesco cultural heritage, both by car and by bus (station is 50m from the Villa) and even by taxi boat. Whole Ciovo area is ideal for various sport activities. Supermarket, beach and restaurant / bar and sports facilities are on walking distance. A boat can be moored in front of the Villa – we can offer boat trips starting at the Villa for an additional charge (upon availability). The house and access to the beach is along a steep slope and not barrier free. The approach to the villa is very steep and if you come with a car, it requires good driving skills or an automatic car.
